No one added them. :) Also, differences in package naming across
various RPM-based distros might make this difficult.
Off the top of my head, probably at least:
BuildPrereq: g-wrap-devel >= 1.1.10, gtkhtml-devel >= 0.8, Guppi-devel
would be necessary.
