For the enlightenment of all, the entire qif file (it was a trivial proof-of-concept test) reads: !Type:Bank D10/10/01 T1605.75 PDEPOSIT ^ That's all. I do not believe this should be creating a subaccount, and as I say, I suspect it is related to the fact that I'm using a ':' in my account names.
