Thanks! This worked for me. Just a few extra notes for those that already
have AqBanking users set up and need to generate and add the Client UID:

First, generate a UUID. On Linux/cygwin you can type uuidgen at the
command-prompt. You can find online UUID generators, as well.

Second, in Gnucash Open Tools > Online Banking Setup > Forward > Start
AqBanking Wizard. Select your BoA user and click "Edit User". In the "Client
UID", paste your previously generated UUID.

Third, in Gnucash, select (one of) your BoA account associated with the BoA
user and try an action (i.e, Actions > Get Balance.) This should fail as
usual.

Fourth, Log In to BoA and you should be immediately presented with a message
that indicates your use of Quicken. Click to confirm. Then (within a few
minutes!) go back and try the Action again in Gnucash. Balance and Download
Actions should succeed from now on...
