Thanks! This worked for me. Just a few extra notes for those that already have AqBanking users set up and need to generate and add the Client UID:
First, generate a UUID. On Linux/cygwin you can type uuidgen at the command-prompt. You can find online UUID generators, as well. Second, in Gnucash Open Tools > Online Banking Setup > Forward > Start AqBanking Wizard. Select your BoA user and click "Edit User". In the "Client UID", paste your previously generated UUID. Third, in Gnucash, select (one of) your BoA account associated with the BoA user and try an action (i.e, Actions > Get Balance.) This should fail as usual. Fourth, Log In to BoA and you should be immediately presented with a message that indicates your use of Quicken. Click to confirm. Then (within a few minutes!) go back and try the Action again in Gnucash. Balance and Download Actions should succeed from now on... -- Sent from: http://gnucash.1415818.n4.nabble.com/GnuCash-User-f1415819.html _______________________________________________ gnucash-user mailing list gnucash-user@gnucash.org https://lists.gnucash.org/mailman/listinfo/gnucash-user ----- Please remember to CC this list on all your replies.
