Until I know, there is no automatic synchronization (by pressing a button).

One way to sync manually and which I use a lot is to export CSV or QIF from
GnuCash Android and import into GnuCash desktop.

Another suggested way is to share XML between GnuCash Android and GnuCash
desktop.
