Quicken2016 has a .PRN export option that looks like this:
"Date","Num","Payee","Category","Memo","Amount","C","Balance"
"6/24/1992",,"VG - 500 Index","[Retire - VG - Rollover

"9/24/1992",,"VG - 500 Index","[Retire - VG - Rollover

Is that close enough to cvs?
