Hi,  Download & install GC to the new computer, then all you need to do is coy 
your data file (and any saved report options) to the new machine.

https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Backup  has some useful info about which files to 
move - just consider that you are backing up from the old and restoring to the 
new!
