Unfortunately there is not a single "GnuCash from Flatpak". Flatpak is a packaging format, just like rpm or deb is. There are several sources for flatpak GnuCash packages. The most common on is Flathub (https:// flathub.org). Is that where you got gnucash from ? And then next, which ibus module are you using ? Lastly, according to the comment on another flatpak issue [1] it could perhaps work if you run gnucash as follows: flatpak run --env=GTK_IM_MODULE=xim org.gnucash.GnuCash Be sure to replace 'xim' with the input module you are using.
