This means, if you re-import the same file, the register transactions that were previously imported are marked as having been matched/imported (they have an online-id), and they're not available to be matched. But more importantly, the ofx transaction is recognized as having been imported before because its online id is already in the register so the ofx transaction is skipped entirely.
