Thanks for the reminder, the MSYS2 project changed maintainers at the end of 
June and the encryption keys got borked so I had to reset them on the build VM 
to get the update to proceed, plus there was a full system update that the 
automated scripts can't handle.

Today's nightly, 
https://code.gnucash.org/builds/win32/maint/gnucash-4.1-2020-09-10-git-4.1-125-g15f3faf04+.setup.exe,
is built with Gtk-3.24.23. Please test and update the bug with whether it did 
fix the problem.
