Reverting to GnuCash 3.11 works perfectly. Upgrading from that to GnuCash 4.0 works but only after clicking through lots of error messages. Upgrading to GnuCash 4.10-1 doesn’t work at all. Bizarre!
Ran DISM Restore Health and sfc /scannow but no change. Will wait for next update to see if there’s any change.
