Yes, someone else clarified that "Bill ID" is an ID we assign (e.g., purchase order?), while Billing ID is the number assigned by the vendor (usually / often "Invoice #").

In the documentation I saw some old screenshots. Seems the "Bill ID" used to be called "Invoice ID".
