You can, but unfortunately none of that is accessible outside of the bill. (at least not usefully, like in a search, or report filter) I think there is a standing bug about Notes being overridden by the first line-item Description/Memo. And I don't think they are editable in the AP or other Registers sadly.

Is there a good way to do that? I see that "Job" can be used to tag a Vendor, but I don't know how best to tag bills. I guess I could use some prefix on the "Bill ID", but I'd rather have some other field. I guess besides "Bill ID", I could use the "Notes" field.
