This question comes back from time to time. It's a bit counter intuitive. First you must resize the transfer column by pointing to the right edge of the heading, on the line, and click and drag to the right. Yes when you do that it will push the columns to the right out of the screen but that's Ok. Then you do the same with the description column except now you drag the right edge of the description heading to the left (or just double click on it) to reduce the size of that column and bring back the other columns into the screen.
