Tomer, Good that you sorted it. Note though that if it's gzip-compressed it's an XML file, not a sqlite3 database. Does `file` on the apparently corrupted gnucash file claim that it's a sqlite3 database? Regards, John Ralls
You can just add ".tar" to the filename and then unzip it. At least you can on Linux.
