With the last two, you will likely be asked to confirm formatting ala
importing a CSV file. Modern versions of spreadsheet apps are pretty
good at recognizing HTML tables. Those two options also use your
default styling of the spreadsheet whereas #1 will preserve the styles
of the original report from GnuCash.
