Hi, Sign interpretation during csv import is a bit of an art and the way to configure your columns has changed between gnucash 4.x and 5.x.
Can you provide us with a screenshot of the csv preview window that shows how you have configured the columns and the signs of the numbers you are trying to import ? You can blur or even black out any information you deem sensitive. Just the signs and the column headers are important to be able to help you more effectively.
