WRT your second question, on Windows, GnuCash uninstalls whatever version is present before it installs the version you have opened for installation. As for the gettime error, the current solution is for you to uninstall GnuCash and then delete the c:\Program Files (x86)\GnuCash folder completely before installing the newer version. Hi, I am using a Geekomp A7 with AMD CPU. I updtaed from V12 to V14, taking all the default options. When I tried to run GNU Cash I got the following message: Error 0x800705aa Procedure entry point clock_gettime32 could not be located in the dynamic link library c:\program files\Gaede\Business\gnucash\bin\libstdc++-6.dll. (The part of the path to Business is the directory where I have installed GNU Cash). I have not had problems before installing by the method used. I have tried reinstalling, running sfc, and system restore, all to no avail. Secondary question: will installing V5.12 over the 5.14 rectify the problem? Alternatively if I uninstall 5.14, then install afresh v5.12, will I lose all my settings? Thanks in advance for any input. -- _______________________________________________ gnucash-user mailing list [email protected] To update your subscription preferences or to unsubscribe: https://lists.gnucash.org/mailman/listinfo/gnucash-user Please remember to CC this list on all your replies.
