Click either print button, they both bring up the same dialog. In the printer list the top one is “Print to File”. Select that. The line in the dialog below the printer list changes to provide a File button and a format. Click the file button to bring up a Finder dialog where you can select the directory and change the file name. Make any changes you like there and click Select, then in the Print dialog click Print.
