Misunderstanding?
YOU get to set up the account hierarchy however you want. The default
hierarchy is just a suggestion you may or may not find suits your needs.
You can delete accounts, add accounts, and move them around in the tree
(edit the account and reassign its parent).
You could have more than on "public transportation", say one under work
expenses (daily commute to work) and one under travel. YOU get to decide
what you need.
