I have attached my full gfd and gsd, hope that is ok. If you move to 2'nd tab and if you tab out of the last gridline from the "PO Histroy" box, then you can see that no new record is created.
If you remove the master/detail link for the "id", then you can see new records being auto created. Reinhard, let me know if you need more info.
