My name is Andrés Domínguez and this is my first post to the mailing list.
I want to score postions with gnugo therefore I have been reading the documentation." --score estimate" scores the position without playing moves and "--score aftermath" scores the position after playing to the end. I'd like to know the score with aftermath if the game is end, only dame or only a few moves, and with estimate if the end is far. How can I do this? I don't know how far are the positions to the end. Can I use setup the position with GTP commands instead of with a sgf file? I also want to load a sgf file and get the position with a gtp command. Is it posible? Don't mind if I have to do a few hack to the gnugo code, but I wouldn't like to parse sgf. Thank you very much, Andrés Domínguez
