I have 2 questions:
- What "decide-oracle" option does? It should be
described in the manual...
- There is a configure option "owl-threats", but it
can't be turned on anywhere except by editing manually config.h.in. Is this
option is used anymore? If not, user has to be able to turn it in configure
and in gnugo command line.
