Maybe what we should do is to distribute the dsp files posted by Wietze Brandsma but with a recommendation that the user can use CMake for all versions of Visual Studio, including 6.0. So the distributed dsp files are not really needed but might help users of Visual Studio 6.0 who don't install CMake.
