I use GoGui:1.1.10 open this sgf file, send command: genmove b gnu go return: = PASS, but black should play at S4 or T3 or T1 to kill the white. And after black pass, send command: genmove w gnu go return: = T1, then start ko fight, at last the white win ko fight. I try Gno Go 3.8 and 3.6, "genmove b" return "= PASS".
