I just had a look at the code. wbc-gtk.c says:
w_source = gtk_drag_get_source_widget (context);
if (!w_source) {
g_warning ("Not yet implemented!"); /* Different process */
return;
}
and later
/* Different workbook, same process */
g_warning ("Not yet implemented!");
It looks like this functionality has been lost and we are waiting for
someone to bring it back.
