There are no embedded macros for now. Just waiting untilsomebody
volunteers to implement them. But anybody can write a C or python plugin
(even C++ works). Juts if you want to share your file, you also need to
share the plugin.

in Sheet2, a formula like "=Sheet1!A1" will get the value in Sheet1 and
use it in Sheet2. Hope this answers the second question.
