GNUnet consists of two components: the server process "gnunetd" and the client-tools.
Just start the daemon with


   gnunetd

then monitor the connectivity using

   gnunet-search

and once your're connected to the net, do a

   gnunet-search GPL

and download it using the URI displayed:

   gnunet-download ...
