Hi,
I have changed the configuration files in an incompatible way.
The settings GNUNET_HOME and GNUNETD_HOME are now defined in the
sections GNUNET and GNUNETD.
If you run a new checkout with old configuration files, it will fail
with the error message:

Configuration file must specify a directory for GNUnet to store per-peer
data under GNUNETDGNUNETD_HOME
