Somehow the second PIN got out of sync. gpg tries to sync the first 2 PINs but that fails because the retry counter is down to zero and thus the second PIN is blocked. You need to unblock the PIN using "gpg --card-edit", "admin", "passwd". This will set a new PIN and thus reset all retry counters. Shalom-Salam, Werner -- Die Gedanken sind frei.
