Well, maybe the problem is on their side, but it is strange you are the only one with a problematic key... Can you show us your public key? What kind of keys are you making? The default ones? Have you changed the default settings (by creating a gpg.conf file)? If you don't know what I'm talking about, then probably you have not changed the defaults (and most of times, sticking to defaults is a good idea).
