If the key you are trying to make a SHA256 signature with is the same one that you signed this message with, then you can't. It's a 1024- bit DSA key, and that key can only use a 160 bit hash. (You can force it to use SHA256, but you'll still end up using only 160 bits of the 256 bit hash).
