My point is about all the messages we have seen here, saying "I forgot my passphrase, how can I recover my secret key?". Of course in "normal" circumstances people should be able to decrypt the data, but it is not unusual to hear about somebody who forgot the passphrase or lost the secret key (that's the reason why usually people recommends revocation certificates at the time of the key creation).
