I have GPA 0.9.1 with GnuPG 2.0.17 installed on 64-bit Win7. When I look
at the Backend Preferences, everything on the Directory Manager tab is
greyed out. Is that normal for a non-server machine, or is there a setting I
would have to make in one of the configuration files to make these features
functional? Thanks.
