Try this:

  gpg2 --expert -u (thekey) --edit-key (thekey)
     Select the uid you want to un-revoke
  sign
     You'll get a prompt like "XXXX was already signed by key YYYYY.  Do you 
want to sign it again anyway?".  Say "yes".
