No. The plan was to setup a small project to see whether this will really work and only if the answer is yes to go for a real implementation. I once had a telco with the German BSI and the Microsoft Outlook managers and the outcome was the answer will likely be yes. However, having seen all the problems with Outlook development, I was not willing to go for a full development contract with the risk that due to unforeseen problems I would not have been able to deliver.
