Step 1 is that you have to get a validated version of the fingerprint of the key that you would have been using to verify the package if you could have downloaded that key in the first place.

The concept of validating keys is a much more advanced topic, and while I admire Peter's enthusiasm, isn't really a useful exercise for you to engage in at this point, especially since you can't seem to download the key that you would be validating with the fingerprint in the first place.
