IMO, the good middle ground is the defaults. A wide middle. Maybe more a
country than a ground ;-). And I wasn't very impressed last time I read
the riseup.net article.

I wholeheartedly agree with "Use the defaults until and unless you can
articulate a specific and compelling reason to deviate from them."
