You would install a Mixmaster client and then use a chain of remailers, which gives you then latency, and your posting is submitted via a mail2news gatway. The only thing what third parties see is an encrypted PGP message (gpg hidden recipient), posted via an exit remailer, from that chain. Additionally people use nowadays Mixmaster in combination with Tor.
