gpgOSX is a free pre-packaged install-able distribution of standard GnuPG 2.x for macOS. I am maintaining it since the release of GnuPG 2.1.0 back in 2014.
As many of you know, I'm also maintaining Enigmail. Since OpenPGP support is part of Thunderbird, my involvement with Enigmail has reduced a lot, and so has my involvement with GnuPG. Furthermore, I don't have a Mac anymore, and it has become more and more difficult and cumbersome to continue maintaining and building gpgOSX.
