#107: sunw packages need stronger dependency check

sunw packages that come with OpenSolaris need to be treated as a single
blob.
Right now, things are too loose since there is no version checking done by
any of the packages.
For example, sunwib depends on sunwcakr, sunwkvm, etc. That implies as
long
as sunwcakr (and sunwkvm and so on) are installed (regardless of their
versions)
then sunwib's dependencies are fulfilled. This may not be a correct
action
since it could result in a mixed-version environment leading to future
troubles.
This is a pre-requisite to implementing the LiveUpgrade feature.
