Currently, attempts to use certain MDB dcmds such as ::print
will fail on AMD64 platform because dlopen() on /usr/lib/64/libz.so
returns failure. In particular, any operations involving CTF data
decompression will fail, whether done from MDB, dtrace or other
places.
At the moment the GNU zlib (zlib1g package) is only built for
32-bit platforms; we need to build a 64-bit version of this
library as well.
