#183: system/console-login gets imported with bad property

The system/console-login service contains the ttymon/prompt property
which specifies the prompt to be used by ttymon. By default, it is
set to: "`uname -n` console login:".
However, it appears that this property gets imported badly (for reasons
yet to be discovered) so that it is set to: "`".
The current workaround used for Alpha 2 release is to simply remove
this property from the service as part of install/upgrade/bootstrap
such that the default "login:" prompt is used instead.
