#220: mplayer holds install with dialog box

When installing mplayer, the installer just stops and waits. I needed to
open the "show terminal" in SYNAPTIC to see, MPLAYER displayed a curses
screen waiting for pressing OK and then selecting the default Video
Output. I think mplayer should install without additional question, like
the other packages. (Synaptic does not display the terminal output by
default, so it is a bit confusing what's going on when the installation
holds.) (Users can change VO mode any time.)
