#235: Installer displays from time when selecting TZ

When I select the time zone in the installer, it reports a compeltely
incorrect current time.
I tried with Europe/Budapest, HW clock is probably on LOCAL or GMT time
(Budapest is in GMT+1). The clock was several hours off in the installer
screen. (Install asks, if that's okay, but even if saying NO, it cannot be
fixed, because only TZ can be specified again.)
Erast asked me to report this, when I asked on the mailing list.
