It seems that we need to extend GRUB entries to allow for
hard disk and/or CD-ROM DMA to be turned off easily so
that users could try them to see if they solve the problem.
Another approuch would be to always disable DMA for InstallCD. This will
take some more
time on slower machines but on modern hardware user will not notice much
difference. IMHO
