I'll branch a new stable release tomorrow unless anyone has any

I notice the new stable release is still versioned 1.14.x and 0.12.x.
Does this mean that, for example, the latest Gorm, ProjectCentre,
etc. will not work with it, and that they still require the unstable
branch?
If so, it looks like we want to try to get the unstable branch into
Debian.
Last week I made a stable/bugfix release (1.16.1) of base, to fix a
problem I'd found on some 64bit systems.
If you are freezing libraries for Debian at the end of this month, it
might make sense to call on the discussion list for people to really
try to break this release, and do another 1.16.2 with any bugfixes?
What do you think?
