Same here. Looks like the way we handle these defaults is different
between the configure process and the actual usage. I decided to just
ignore the warning until I find time to look into that.

Now that Richard fixed configure again, it should be save to remove that
line from the GNUstep configuration file. But I will leave it in just in
case :-)
