I'll think about it a bit and send you a talk description soon.

That's a possibility indeed. But I don't know any active contributor to GNUstep 
or Étoilé who is living in France currently. 

If someone is interested to come (from Germany, UK etc.), let me know though. 
We could try to organize a GNUstep get-together.
