Hi!
I noticed and talked separately to some of you that during updates some
of my apps "lost" preferences. I was trying to understand where I feared
some encoding issues, but it appears much simpler.
Look here in my Defaults:
Apr 23 2024 AddressManager.plist
Oct 21 17:23 GNUMail.plist
Nov 6 00:50 GWorkspace.plist
Dec 2 22:30 org.gap.AddressManager.plist
Dec 2 23:15 org.gnustep.GNUMail.plist
Nov 21 13:14 org.gnustep.GWorkspace.plist
It appears that recently (sure after Nov 21, but change could be earlier
of course) we happen to have a sort of full domain, but before just the
app name.
This can cause some impact in this existing installs. Was this an
intentional change? base?
