Also noticed a small problem with gsl-1.6-lib.zip (don't know if its in the
other packages of gsl though). This package dumps config.h into
${ROOT}/include..
As I'm trying to make a flat tree, this means that the gsl config.h is found
before mine and I get all sorts of build problems.
Could config.h be moved to ${ROOT}/include/gsl?
